Magnifico soggiorno, struttura elegante e posizionata nel cuore pulsante di Verona. Affaccio stupendo sul fiume e romanticissima cornice... Il proprietario del Relais ed il personale, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Ambiente elegante e pulitissimo, vista mozzafiato, certamente torneremo a breve.

Sono stata ospite della struttura con il mio ragazzo per la notte del mio compleanno. Che dire, un'esperienza meravigliosa. Accoglienza speciale, attenzione alle piccole grandi esigenze. Camera pulita, curata, di grande stile. Vista mozzafiato. Il soggiorno seppur breve, è stato magico. Un compleanno davvero stupendo. Super super super consigliata!

Boutique hotel with a difference! We have visited Verona before but this was our first time staying at the Relais Colle San Pietro. The entrance, though a dark hallway to a lift, is not inspiring, but the hotel, on the third floor of a private block of flats is like stepping through into the world of Narnia from the wardrobe! The reception area is beautifully furnished and doubles as the breakfast area. One room is accessed from just outside the hotel main door, the others from reception and a corridor off it. We stayed in the split level suite for the first 2 nights and the Green Room for our final night. The suite would probably not be best suited for elderly guests as involved 2 flights of quite steep stairs but the view from the huge queen size bed was phenomenal. Electrically operated curtains meant we could waken to the morning vista of Verona without stirring out of bed. The free standing bath in the bedroom was enormous and the Turkish style steam facility in the shower was very welcome after walking around a hot and humid Verona. To be honest, after a late lunch, we spent a lot of our time on the balcony with wine and nibbles from the local supermarket, admiring the view and watching the world go by below. I was worried about the next door funicular railway being noisy, as it runs until 2130 in the summer, but you can hardly hear it and it is certainly not intrusive, even with the huge balcony doors open. The breakfast was certainly more than enough for our needs, being freshly cooked bacon/eggs/ vegetables, pastries, bread, fruit, cereals, tarts, yogurts, cold meats/fish and juices. Tea and coffee, of course, but remember to request decaffeinated coffee before arrival as this is Italy and coffee tends to be served short, strong and with a good dose of caffeine! However, all we had to do was ask, and decaf coffee appeared!
